Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at El Encanto, especially enjoying the room's multiple balconies with stunning views of the Cathedral. However, the lack of English spoken by the staff made it challenging to get information about local markets and taxi fares. Overall, the location is superb, right in the historic center, but the service could use some improvement.
I had a lovely stay at El Encanto, with its beautiful building and superb location in downtown Puebla. However, the service was a bit of a letdown since staff spoke almost no English and couldn’t help with local info I needed. The rooms were great, especially with the balcony view, but getting there involved navigating steep stone steps without a handrail.
My stay at El Encanto was quite a unique experience. The location in downtown Puebla was perfect for exploring the historic center, but the room had many stairs and faced challenges with noise from a wedding below. Overall, it was stylish and comfortable, though the service could have been improved with more local knowledge.
My stay at El Encanto in Puebla was quite the experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the historic center, which made exploring the area a breeze. While the rooms were very nice and comfortable, I did encounter issues with noise from a wedding on the roof terrace that lasted until 2 AM, which disrupted my sleep. Overall, it was a blend of beautiful surroundings and some service hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at El Encanto. The location was perfect, right at the historic center of the city, making it easy to explore. However, my room was stylish yet impractical, especially since it was below the roof terrace where a wedding took place until 2 am, disrupting my sleep. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, their limited English proficiency made it hard to get information about local markets and taxi fares.
